Although we first opened in doors in the 1970's, we are celebrating our last 10 years of growth. From the day Maricela, our CEO, started her first day, to our inaugural Suicide Prevention Walk. We have accomplished a lot this last decade, and look forward to the next. We already have big plans for 2024.

We would also like to thank our outstanding 2-1-1 Community Resource Advisors for everything they do to assist our community. They help those in need find resources for things like food, shelter, childcare and after-school programs, addiction treatment, utility assistance, eviction diversion, veteran services, legal services, mental health assistance and so much more.
Last year, our team answered over 175,000 2-1-1 calls and almost 2,500 texts, with an additional 60,000 calls through our Toledo 2-1-1 team. It takes a special person to do this job, and we’re happy to report that we have a fantastic team who assess each caller's needs and provides them with the support everyone deserves.
