February 11 is also National 211 Day! At Gryphon Place, we take over 100,000 211 calls annually through our 24/7 contact center. We connect people to resources, including food, housing/shelter, and utility or rent assistance. It takes a special person to do this job, and we have a fantastic team that assesses each caller's needs and provides them with support.
