2020 Annual Report

This year, Gryphon Place had to adjust quickly in order to handle the increased requests for support without delay and without interruption. And we did. Our call volumes quickly tripled during the first few months of the pandemic. Not only were we prepared for the increase in contacts, but we were also able to support the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services with two newly implemented resources, the Staywell Hotline and the COVID Hotline.
