From employment to shelter to support and beyond, we work to improve the quality of life for those with or at risk of substance addiction and mental health conditions.

Prevention programs are designed to be both educational and engaging for youth, families, and adults.

It can be difficult navigating all of the resources available to you. What do you qualify for? What is best for you? Our partners can help you navigate and access community resources, such as affordable housing, employment, food, treatment, ect.
People experiencing homelessness or have unstable housing are able to access short-term housing with our partners, or get help finding affordable housing.
Our partners can help empower you to find employment through various workforce-development programs. Our resource navigation partners above are also able to find you other opportunities.
