The Navigator of CIE® will oversee and guide a team of CIE® Navigators who facilitate communication and resource-sharing among various community organizations, agencies, and stakeholders. 

Responsible for implementation of Gatekeeper Program curriculum. The Gatekeeper Program is a school-based suicide prevention program delivered in middle and high school classrooms.

Provides information, referral services, and crisis intervention services by phone and electronically to the public and community professionals 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Provides intake and assessment by phone and electronically to individuals and families experiencing homelessness as part of the afterhours HARA (Housing Assessment and Resource Agency) support for the state of Michigan. Further, specialists will provide information and referrals services by phone and electronically to the public accessing 2-1-1 services.

The Resource Manager is responsible for all activities pertaining to Gryphon Place 2-1-1’s database of community resources. They are also responsible for supervising Gryphon Place’s presence in the community as it pertains to disaster preparedness and disaster response.

The Resource Specialist ensures the accuracy and completeness of the 2-1-1 database and assists employees and the public in accessing the information contained in the database effectively. Provides various forms of support for the Community Resiliency Program Manager (CRPM).
