A transformative training that guides participants in reconnecting with themselves through self-care, self-awareness, and the removal of limiting labels, fostering internal healing and self-reflection to build stronger, more authentic relationships with others.
*Please note this session is free to Kalamazoo County residents and organizations. The out-of-county rate is $30 per person.
