🚴‍♀️ HUGE thanks to @kzooparksandrec and The City of Kalamazoo for hosting an amazing Bike Rodeo last month! 🚴‍♂️

This free community event was perfect - kids learned essential bike safety skills, got proper helmet fittings from public safety officers, and had a blast at the interactive safety course! Plus, Open Roads provided bike tune-ups and Fresh Food is Fun had kids pedaling for delicious cider slushies!

Thank you for keeping our kids safe, active, and having fun!

These powerful women, all committed to promoting peace, reconciliation, and governance, spent the day diving deep into our mediation and conflict resolution techniques.

Our team was inspired by their passion and dedication to creating positive change in their communities. We shared our most effective conflict resolution strategies, explored innovative mediation approaches, and engaged in meaningful discussions about how these techniques can be adapted to diverse cultural contexts.

These extraordinary women are working to transform conflicts, empower their communities, and build bridges of understanding across different regions of the Near East and North Africa. It was a profound reminder that the language of peace is universal, transcending borders and cultural differences.

A special thank you to Global Ties Kalamazoo for facilitating this incredible cultural exchange and to our international guests for their commitment to making the world a more peaceful place, one conversation at a time. 🤝

Narcan can reverse an opioid overdose in minutes, and having trained community members means more lives can be saved. Thank you to everyone who participated and to our wonderful partners for making this important training possible. Together, we're building a safer, more resilient communities.
