CISM ni nini?

Ustawi wa kimwili na kisaikolojia wa wale wanaovumilia matukio ya kiwewe hutegemea mwitikio wetu kama kikundi. Jinsi tunavyowasaidia kudhibiti mfadhaiko wa tukio muhimu huwa na jukumu kubwa katika kasi na urahisi wa kurudi kwa kazi zao za zamani na midundo ya maisha. Matukio muhimu hufafanuliwa kama matukio ambayo yanatishia usalama wa kimwili au wa kihisia au matukio ambayo husababisha madhara ya kimwili au kisaikolojia ambayo ni pamoja na:
