Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is made up of staff from various positions within the organization and unique collections of identities and experiences. This group is dedicated to creating and sustaining an organization that is free of bias and fosters genuine belonging. Members of the DEI Committee will work in collaboration to develop and promote strategies, goals, and employment best practices to further Gryphon Place as an anti-racist, accessible, and diverse organization that is welcoming and free of discrimination. The committee aims to nurture a workplace culture and climate where everyone feels safe, valued, respected, and accepted.
