Endowment Gifts:
Gryphon Place has two endowment funds in order to assure the long-term viability of services. Both are held at the Kalamazoo Community Foundation and are eligible for the Michigan Tax Credits for gifts to community foundations. For further information, contact us per above. We can show you how your gift can cost you less than 50% of the value given. These gifts will grow through investments and, over time, will give the agency additional income beyond the value of the initial gift.
Bequests: Gryphon Place can be simply named in a will as a recipient of a portion of an estate. Consult your legal advisor on how to accomplish this.
Planned Gifts: As part of the Community Endowment Partnership, Gryphon Place is able to bring several creative planned giving options to donors. These gifts, in general, allow for immediate tax benefits, continuing income to the donor and their heir, and an eventual benefit to the agency. Contact us for further information.
