Diversion Intervention Specialist

The Diversion Intervention Specialist provides culturally aware support and guidance to individuals involved in the Justice Lifted Arrest Diversion program. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and facilitating access to resources and services aimed at preventing recidivism and promoting positive behavioral change. The specialist works closely with youth and their family, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of diversion strategies and support systems.

Conflict Transformation Specialist

The Conflict Transformation Specialist is responsible for facilitating restorative conferences and circles with youth and adults in both school-based and community-based settings. This role involves modeling a restorative mindset, communicating this vision to Gryphon Place employees and community organizations, and assisting efforts to expand the program, ensuring consistent practices.

CRA - Housing Support Specialist RPT (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (4p-9p) and Saturdays: variable.)

Provides intake and assessment by phone and electronically to individuals and families experiencing homelessness as part of the afterhours HARA (Housing Assessment and Resource Agency) support for the state of Michigan. Further, specialists will provide information and referrals services by phone and electronically to the public accessing 2-1-1 services.
