Gryphon New Facilty and Gryphon "new" Place Campaign

Gryphon Place operated for over 41 years at the old fire station in Kalamazoo. Unfortunately the building could no longer accommodate our expanding services. We need your help in making this vision a reality. This move will allow for:

Increased space to accommodate expanded operations
Fully handicap accessible facility
Increased staff and volunteer safety Increased and safer parking
Improved, energy efficient heating and cooling
Stress reduction features including outdoor spaces and beautiful landscaped private grounds
High tech training and seminar capacity
Increased conference room spaces for meetings and client services
Increased privacy for customers of mediation and access to private caucus rooms
Reduced operating costs for facility – will reduce annual costs by $10-20,000 a year through increased energy efficiency and endowment for maintenance and technology.
