The 2-1-1/HELP-Line provides crisis intervention and referrals to health and human service agencies in Kalamazoo County as well as to communities across the State of Michigan .
The Gryphon Place Community Resource Database is established for the
purpose of providing current and comprehensive information on health
and human services by phone or by the web and is updated not less than
annually to address the changing needs of all groups in the community.
The database includes information on a wide spectrum of services and
target populations, which all share the purpose of providing opportunities
for assistance, growth, support, rehabilitation, habilitation, or enrichment
for citizens in meeting human needs. The database also includes
information on volunteer opportunities.
The Community Resource Database Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria document explains the type of agencies that are included or excluded from database used for The Gryphon Place Community Resource Directory.
All agencies that would like to either be included in the database or wishing to update or review their agency's record will find the tools to do this on the Service Provider Tool page of the web-based Community Resource Directory.
